Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm. Classes are $15 per class.The class welcomes pre-pregnancy, pregnant and post -pregnancy ladies. Special attention to your fitness needs will be addressed. Strengthen your core and learn to move with efficiency and precision. Lengthen your muscles for improved alignment and refine connections between our mind and body. This class is fused with circuit groups and fun music.
